Presenter application information.

Information collected

The application may collect the following information.

• Name, email, optional phone number, country or region
• Professional role, organization, biography, expertise, and presentation languages
• Program interests, session title, session summary, and optional portfolio link
• Submission number, timestamp, locale, consent record, and internal review status

Purpose

Information is used to verify application completeness, review presenter fit, match future IDEA® ASIA programs, contact suitable candidates, document consent, and manage withdrawal or correction requests.

Storage and service providers

When intake is enabled, the site sends validated application data to a restricted Google Form response sheet and Google Workspace automation used by the operating team. Google services may process data in locations determined by Google's infrastructure.

Retention

Application information is retained for up to 24 months from submission unless a longer period is required for a confirmed engagement or the applicant withdraws consent earlier. At the end of the period, IDEA® ASIA deletes the record or requests renewed consent.

Access and sharing

Access is limited to IDEA® ASIA team members and authorized operators who need the information for presenter review and program coordination. Information is not sold. Any partner access for a confirmed engagement requires an appropriate purpose and agreement.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, withdrawal, or deletion by contacting IDEA® ASIA with your submission number. Rights may vary under applicable law.
