01Can international presenters apply?

Yes. The talent pool is open to educators and presenters across Asia and beyond. Language and program fit are reviewed for each opportunity.

02Does applying guarantee a Summit or Workshop role?

No. A submission joins the ongoing talent pool. Participation is confirmed only after program fit, timing, scope, and written conditions are agreed.

03Are travel costs or speaking fees provided?

They are not standard benefits. Fees, revenue share, travel, accommodation, and local support are reviewed and documented for each confirmed program.

04When will I receive a response?

There is no fixed response deadline for the ongoing talent pool. The operating team contacts applicants when a relevant, confirmed program need is identified.

05Can I update or withdraw my profile?

Yes. Email info@ideafitasia.com with your submission number to request a correction or withdrawal.
